Cancellation Policy

Consultations can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 Hours before start time.

 

If consultations are rescheduled less than 48 hours before start time, a rebooking fee of $50 plus GST for 30 minute consultations applies.

 

If the client does not contact us to reschedule before the start time of the consultation, the total amount of the consultation fee is forfeited. We do not offer refunds in the event of cancellation. For initial calls, we will call once at the appointed time, if no one answers we won't be able to call again.
